Once a membership has been processed a membership card is issued and sent out by post. When the member next visits the zoo we will ask them to visit the shop and have a photo taken. The photo is simply used to identify the member on entry to the zoo.

We accept most popular debit and credit cards using this website. We use the Stripe payment gateway to process our payments

If a child reaches the age of 3 years within 3 months of joining or renewal date then the child rate is applicable  (Although there is no charge for children under 3 please include them when processing your membership)

THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 2 PAYING MEMBERS  OF THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AND LIVING AT THE SAME ADDRESS TO QUALIFY FOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP.

No unaccompanied child under the age of 14 years will be admitted.

No. Presently all renewals are managed by our staff and you will be contacted when your membership is due for renewal to ask if you would like to renew for another year.
